Re: What's this

I don't either, but can tell you this...
This has always been a major part of the strategy in that theater of the war.
"to remove Sadamn heusein, and to establish a democracy" (government of the people). This may be a bit too diverse, being that there are so many different tribes and sects over there. But in the end, the country is and always will be theirs, and not a "US holding". It is to remain sovereign.
This is sovereignty in it's most local form. I hope to GOD these modern-day Templars win their towns back.

Looks like those guys understand if they want freedom THEY have to do something about it and fight for it.
This is what is really needed in Iraq. The people taking up arms against their enemy, Al-Quida.

Re: What's this

I didn't know there were any al Quida in Iraq. A bunch of liberals said there were not any there. Also, I thought all Iraqi's hated Americans. I guess I will have to stop watching the mainstream media. Facts get all messed up.

Care to back up those statements Pointer? I don't think any liberal said that Al-Qaeda wasn't in Iraq. What they said was that Al-Qaeda makes up a very small part of the insurgency. And from all accounts that I've read that seems to be true. have anything that proves otherwise? I also don't remember hearing that all Iraqi's hate America. Accoridng to this latest poll thats obviously not true.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17687430/

According to that poll only 12.5 million Iraqis think its ok to attack US troops. Nothing to worry about.....just don't forget that we're making progress......in reverse that is.

"The poll — the third in Iraq since early 2004 by ABC News and media partners . . . this survey for ABC News, USA Today, the BBC and ARD German TV"

Good to see that you follow and support unbiased sources there Mr. B . . .

EEEE Gags, he's back.

I got to pick my toes right now, I'll get back to you.

How many false statements by you and subsequent beat downs does it take?

Better yet, try this: google (its a search engine) NO Al Quida, and "liberal" and see what comes up.
