My plans are to call the fire department the second my neighbor 2 houses up and known to shoot BIG rockets shoots off the first one. Its hot and dry here and Im sure the fire department will waste no time.....besides the loud noise upsets my dog.Oh yea ,Its a complete waste of time to report it to the cops but the fire department WILL respond because they have to.......

My plans SUCK compared to everyone else's!! I gotta work! But they are paying double time and a half, so I don't complain too loud.
