Oh goody and grease thread.

I use any kind of marine grease (multilube), but starting to use synthetic grease because water doesn't mix with it.

Marine grease avail from Wallyworld works very well in saltwater. I expect better performance in sweetwater.

Any marine rated grease. Just don't do what many do and over grease them which does more harm than good.

I also have been using Lucas Red-n-Tacky, I use it in everything I own, makes life easier not having different types of grease, plus it's available all over

any water rated high speed grease really.
I used kluberplex (from work) or if I felt like paying for it...the quicksilver high performance GP grease is good.

I would suggest not using grease with Teflon in roller bearings, its to slick and keeps the bearings from rolling fully (flat spots can start)
