When Moderators Won’t

What does it take to moderate a forum? How come someone like 12Footer is allowed to run amuck on this forum and post without having to go thru some kind of delay so you can check his posts for content?

Why would anyone want to post or participate in the iboats forums?

Are the moderators here going to moderate…or should I just head back over to the forums on The Hull Truth?

They are not open forum topics.
