Where Can I buy a GOOD fuel bulb?

I'm tired of wasting my money on these dang POS fuel bulbs from walmart. I've been in the process of completely redoing my fishing rig, and figured I would check bulb for leaks or sucking in of air, well had a leak on one the crimp hose clamps. So I removed crappy clamp and replace with a good one, well this time I remove hose from engine and leave engine end of hose plugged. I can hear the fuel sucking into the bulb and then squirting right back into the fuel tank (this is a new bulb and hose setup also). Isn't the bulb supposed to be like a check valve? So now that I'm in debt from buying a new bulb every year, I was wondering if there is, or someone makes a bulb that really works and maybe even last more than one year? Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks guys

If you have a WestMarine or Boaters World near you I'd check and see what they have.

I think I have the same problem...
