Where can I find out what Mercury Motors can use my current rigging?

I have a 95 Merc 115hp. #2 is blown. I am considering having rebuilt or buying a newer motor to put on. Where can I find out what motors can use the same controls and rigging as the current?

from a Merc dealer... You'll find that any Merc should connect right up.
