Where can I find these tilt cylinder washers?

I noticed I was getting water in my tilt/trim fluid over the summer and when I brought the boat home for the winter I decided I was going to reseal the cylinders. When I pulled the first cylinder apart I believe the cap (not sure the actual name) was installed backwards in the tube and pressed itself over the 9/16 bolt going into the end of the shaft and broke the washer that goes on top of the 3 springs. I believe the washer is the only piece that is damaged, but i cannot find anywhere that sells them individual. The seal kit I purchased does not include them. I will attach a few pics of how the cap was on the end of the shaft and of the washer.

Merc 5.7l, alpha one gen 2 drive. I can't remember, but it seems like I swapped these cylinders from a parts boat years ago and the boat i am thinking they came off of was a 3.0l alpha one gen 2

Just needed to know what the cylinders are. Gen II. Same if 5.7L or 3L engine... No difference.

Ok, I don't think that's a washer. That's a broken 'shock piston'... Here's the best 'exploded view' I can find.

Best I can tell from the photos is the shock piston (g) has broken, and needs to be replaced.
The shock piston is not sold separately, but does come in the 'overhaul kit'... Merc part number 87399A3

By that diagram I think it is "C". I will take some better pics in the morning because i thought it was just a flat washer.

You're correct, it is letter C. Its not just a washer though, its got a center boss (just like in the picture)...

I made a video on rebuilding trim cylinders if you want a reference on what all the parts look like disassembled...

I was able to find a new repair kit with what i believe is the correct piece in it for $35 shipped...supposed to be a NOS mercury kit. I will know for sure when it arrives.

Also, BT Doctur, I am not able to reply to your message for some reason. The page keeps messing up when I try to reply.

After looking over the pictures im not sure if my kit will work. the kit i ordered is 87399a1 which i believe changed over to 87399a2 which supposedly wont work with gen 2. Maybe i will get lucky and the one piece i need will swap over. If that fails, I have another set of cylinders on another boat that I will probably pull and reseal them for now.
