Where can I get a Carb?

Hello,<br /><br />I have replaced nearly everything on my motor. When I rebuilt the carbs I notice the little brass piece around the needle valve was cracked on my lower carb. I was told you cannot fix that so I need to find a new bottom carb for my 1985 40 hp Evinrude. Does anyone know where I can find one? The part number I know is 395790.
