where can i put a radio/speakers ( w/pics)

hey, i got this new boat, and i have some nice marine speakers for it, and i am going to get a marine dash radio...

but i cant think where i can put it... there might be room in the captains console, but im afraid of structual integrity being weakened...
heres the pics...
let me know if you have any good ideas...

Judging by the looks of the prop, I'd put that as my first priority. Speakers in my last couple of walleye boats have been flush mounted well forward in the rod lockers.

so you think i need a new prop???

but this one has barely anything wrong with it... just a ding or two...

i have a spare, but its the wrong angle...

this is a 17" and the other one is like a 13"

whats wrong with the one you see here...

should i go and take a picture of it close up, and post it???

I was going to say "what about on the side of the console" but your last pic looks like there is already something there?

ps...based on some folks thoughts about boats and stereo's be prepared for some "not so helpful tips"

what do you mean??? i can think of some reasons why they hate em'.... i hate it when i fishing a quite cove and a wake board boat comes by with their stereo blarin.....

but i want it to have tunes while cruisin the open water.....

and as far as possioning goes, i was thinkin right by the cajun / demon stickers.... but i dont know if ill like it there... and if i put it there where would i put the speakers.....

I have my stereo mounted on the inside left of operators console in the vertical position. I put the radio in a plastic enclosure since its an old JVC tape deck from a car. Hey free stuff is the best 8) It was the least intrusive place for me anyways and no worries of gettin it wet. Good Luck

Not a good idea to put it on the front of the helm. First good splash over the bow and it's done....
