Where can you purchase a neutral button?

Where can i purchase the neutral throttle button?It is a square all in one piece button mercruiser quicksilver shifter.The boat is a 1986 Tempest 4.4 meter, with 120hp mercruiser engine.

Any Mercruiser dealer can order the parts for you, or check with your local Merc dealer. They only cost less than $2.

The part number is 88149 if this is your control and the item is #20.

Don S;that is not the button for my quicksilver shifter.My button is square and the pin is about 2 1/2 to about 3" long.

Then you best post a picture of your control so we know what you have. Because that is the only one I know of with a square button.

The picture you have shown is similar except mine also has the trim button just bellow the top of the handle.

Don S; can you tell me is there a pin that connects to the button?I have looked at the picture but i don't see what the button is pushing.

Don S; you know how the round button looks with the ex-tenden pin with is about three inches long, that is what my neutral throttle button looks like except for the round part my is square.
People have been telling me that they don't make them any more.I thought while i was the USA i would see if possible to pick a used one down here in Florida.But no luck so far.
My throttle control looks the same as the one you posted.
Any more advise you have where i might get one would be appreciated.
