where do i find parts for 454 omc king cobra outdrive?

i misplaced the 3 screws that hold the plastic cover of the drive on, i cant find them any where on the internet or even a part number or chart. it is on a 92 chris craft concept. does anyone have any ideas?

also there was what appeared to be a grease fitting on the back of the out drive by the transon. it looks as if it screws in on the back and a grabbed it and it fell off. is this bad?
