Hully Crap, your hull is taking on 50 gallons a night. Yea I would start there. As I like to say "constructivly deconstruct" Remove all the rotted crap from your boat, pull the motor work on that sepperatly. If you have a bunch of stuff on the surface rotting then think about whats on the inside! Remove the wiring or organize it as your working on the hull, remove the guage. Split the big picture up into 4 or 5 parts and then work into the finer details. Remember its a "project" which means time and patience intensive. Look over other peoples rebuilds to help you understand whats next or how to do somehthing. Good Luck and Enjoy.

5 Speed the easiest way to work on a Tinny is to strip it down bare and then start building back up from a bare shell . That way you can solve all the issues one at a time as you build back up .

I know it's gonna be a big ordeal. I also know that I am stickler for doing stuff right. I've owned boats before so I know they are a money pit too. I agree that the leaks got to be addressed first and repair or replace as I uncover it. You guy's have to remind me daily that it will never be new again!! Fix it an move on to the next squawk!!
