Where does the waterhose hook up to?

I cant seem to find where to hook the waterhose and muffs up on my 1964 johnson 60hp super seahorse? Does it it take a certain type of muffs? Does someone have a picture or diagram with an arrow pointing to where I might be able to see where it is on this motor? Thanks in advance my good friends and Godbless.

Water intake is on the front of the exhaust snout behind the prop. They offered a funky calmp-on gadget that didn't work well at all. An appropriate plastic tub full of water is your best option I guess.

tub has to be deep enough to cover the hump in the leg. that's where the water pump is, and is not self priming.

You just missed a flushing attachment on e-bay. It's been there all week without a bid and somebody finally grabbed it for $9.99. I thought that thing would have been snapped up in a hurry. Item # 320154665159
