Hey there, question for all of you. Where is my Starter located on a 1991 Mercruiser 7.4 Bravo motor with thunderbolt ignition???
I know its going bad from what two different marina's told me and with labor its going to be around $400 but, I want to do it myself and save me some money! Also how easy is it to change? I am assuming its really easy to change cause Im sure its like 2 or 3 bolts holding it on and 3 wires coming from it but I am worried it is on the lower back half of the motor (I can not fit back there and reach it being 6'2" 275 lbs) and not going to be fun to reach
So if anybody knows for sure where its located on this motor that would be great!!! Thanks!
