Caution:::::::::::o not remove that tube, and if it looks bent, don't try and straighten it, It's supposed to be that way! Good luck and post back results. Monte
Well if it has any vacuum leaks or dripping fuel, it won't run right. So if the carb/s haven't been overhauled in the last year, then it's time anyway regardless. Good luck and chime in anytime! Monte
Well thats the thing they where overhauled last year by a shop, but I guess they only did what had to be done. I know they did it because it didn't run at all before it went in and it has only been on the water about 5 times since it was in the shop. I think I will try and replace all the fuel lines and block the VRO of correctly and see what happens. I'm just afraid I may get in over my head if I try to take the carbs off to work on them.
I had a problem with my 1986 55 super, #19 is the high speed orifice, mine was plugged solid.
you have to remove the screw plug or fuel hose fitting first.
