Where is the Model Number?

I have what I think is a 1958 Evinrude 35 HP Big Twin. There is a Serial Number plate, but I can't find the model number.

Is it possible that the first part of the serial number is the model number?

I want to order tune up parts and manuals (it runs!) but I need the model number!

The 25836 part should be the model number, but that's not a valid number 25936 is a 1958 25 hp. Double check your number.
