where is the water discharge hole?

i have a Canadian 79' mercury 4hp 2 cycle outboard motor, it runs fine... however, where is the cooling water exit hole on the motor? i put a set of rabbit ears on it to run, but no water came out?

standing in back of motor should be on right side.I would check impeller.
