I am having trouble keeping my 04' merc 75 4stroke running, it runs about a minute and quits. I try to advance the throttle but it never responds. the primer bulb is hard and after it starts acouple of times it stops starting until I let it sit and go back to it then it starts and quits the same. What can this be and where do I start in trying to solve this.
