Where to find VIP Maintenance Manual?

Hello everyone,

About three months ago I bought a 1997 VIP VIXEN with a 5.7 ltr Mer Cruiser I/O. I've since had to replace several things on the boat though a local marina and the labor is killing me. I'm confident that I can do any additional work if I only had a maintenance manual (my next project is replacing the steering control/cable). Unfortunately with VIP Boats being bankrupt I don't know where get one specific for my boat/year. HELP!

Welcome to the VIP group and good luck on a Manual. Best bet is to find a boatyard who sold these boats. Chances are they have service manuals available or know how to get one. Info on these boats seems to be very limited as many people havent even heard of them....
