where to get a pulse pack

wheres the best place to get one? im finding them all over the net but the price is extremely random. i keep reading about different brands but i can only find wabash stuff

That's the other problem i don't know. The one that came on the boat is wrong. It's for a 70 evinrude 115 hp. The motor didn't run when I got it the guy had the pulse pack laying around and tried to use it but it didn't work so he left it on then sold the boat to me.
