Where to get bulk resin and fiberglass in the Houston area

I'm about to start a boat restoration project and I'm going to need quite a bit of resin (about 5-10 gallons) and I'm trying to find places in the Houston area, specifically La Porte Tx, to buy resin and fiberglass.

Anyone in the area know where to go? I got some leads but I figured I would ask the forum for some input.

You probably already know, but most folks find it cheaper to by it here: Fiberglass , Epoxy , Composites, Carbon Fiber - U.S. Composites, Inc.
If you can find it locally though, you may save some on shipping.

I have used compositesone they are pretty reasonable. Ask for Ray in the Houston location, he helped me in Louisiana....

After making some calls I found a place in my area called Johnson Fiberglass & Resin Co.. I called them up and talked to a nice lady by the name of Robbie, she was happy to answer all of my questions about what I need and the prices of the stuff.

5 Gallons of general purpose resin and a pint of hardener cost $160, not bad.
Fiberglass mat that is 50" wide was sold for 4.25/yard

I was in the area taking care of my boat title business so I stopped and got some supplies

5 gallons of resin
1 pint of hardener
8 yards of mat
1 gallon of acetone ($13 a gallon, good price)
A fiberglass roller
4 ounces of resin wax for the final coat of resin

Total was about $230

8 yards of what mat?

Biax 1708?
1.5oz CSM?

Just standard chop strand mat, definitely not 1708.

You may need 1708, where all do you need to do repairs/replacement?

The deck, stringers & transom all 'should' use 1708 at some point in their replacement.....
