Re: where to get parts for old seahorse?
Last week, I went to local Johnson dealer with a list of 15 obscure parts for my 1960 Evinrude Lark 40.

Had every one, including small washers and grommets, in stock, on the shelves.

On the other hand, the prices were incredibly high - $14 for a small brass shift rod coupler.

So, you can easily get the parts, just understand that they are going to charge you for making parts for 43 year old engines.
