I'm getting a little frustrated. I've sent emails to two different marine places to get parts and supplies to service my u-joints and replace the water pump and neither one responded. Just curious where you guys get stuff along with a little advice when needed. Thanks.

Marinepartsexpress.com, Marineengine.com, right here on Iboats, There are a bunch on line. Kind of depends which parts you need. I got no results either from Bestboatparts.com, but they do have a great pictorial parts list. You just have to keep trying.

Re: Where to get parts?

Ive bought a load of stuff from Jims Marine who sells on e Bay. His prices are good, he ships worldwide (quickly) and is the most helpful bloke Ive come across when it comes to helping identify parts and part numbers etc. He even sent me a picture of some parts to check if we were taliking about the same items.

He seems to have most things in stock and anything he doesn't have, he can get quickly.

Depends on what kind of stuff you need and for what it is going on. Water pumps and fuel pumps can be got at napa depending on what type of motor you have they acually have a lot of marine stuff if not in store they can order it.

...of course for anything more specific you need to tell everybody exactly what the parts are for. I can sell you a u-joint, but it may not fit.....
