Where to get Pontoon Logs?

I have a 2012 Suntracker 20DLX, and one of the pontoon logs is crushed pretty badly and leaking.

I called Bass Pro Shops and they can order one from Tracker, but it's gonna cost me like 5 grand to do....

Any ideas where I can get a log in Texas for cheaper, and whether they're fairly universal if I get the sizing right? I suspect I can do it much more cheaply than from the manufacturer. Also - any issues if I have two different pontoons on one boat?
