Where to mount cleats

I have a new boat on order that structurally will look like this

Mine will have different furniture layout and colors/skins. Since I have nothing else to do but wait for it to be built, I am trying to figure out the best place to mount cleats so I can tie it up to our dock. I bought a couple of those Kwik tek bungee lines. My old boat had the cleats attached to the middle rail of the fences.

Where would be the best place to mount them?
