where to mount smart tabs pro trollers?

I have a 2011 crestliner superhawk 1700 that I want to add smart tabs pro trollers to. Any suggestions on how/where to add? I'm having a swim step added this week.

Ayuh,... The Best place is right where yer straps are,...
Wider is Better,...
Maybe you can reconfigure the tie-downs...
