Where's my idle jet on 60hp Carb?

Does anybody know which jet is the idle jet on my 84 Evinrude 60hp? Is it the one right above the throat of the carb like my manual says or is it the one where the carb bolts to the intake like the Evinrude dealer said? The reason I ask is I put Boyesen reeds in and I need to jet it richer.

Its the one on top on an angle. Should be a 46 stock.<br /><br />Good luck!

I haven't ran it yet so I don't know if it spits back. I heard that wrecks the reeds if it does.
