Is there a particular brand that's a superior value and a particular brand that's to be avoided? I have no qualms about spending money on superior quality.
I don't know. I did not exclude OEM in my original question (Mercruiser is a brand), but if there's something better than OEM, I'm all ears. Like I said, I have no qualms about buying quality. Is OEM the best?
