Which Bravo & where do i connect muffs?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 1989 regal 255xl. what bravo do I have? and it doesn't have a intake/fins? thanks guys in advance. Taking her out to the lake this weekend, excited.

check for a thru-hull fitting going to the raw water pump.

tell us where the hose from the raw water pump connects to.

Ayuh,.... It's a B-1, 'n if ya follow the hose from the impeller pump, it'll lead ya to a thru-hull water pickup,...

This is called a low water pickup.
In front of the prop at the bottom of the leading edge of the lower unit will be about 5 holes.
You need a special flusher from MerCruiser.

Do a search on "Bravo 1 low water pickup" as you need to be a little more cautious with this type as it is more prone to getting plugged up with sand and mud.
