Which Chopped Starnd Filler?

I am looking at US Composites site and they show two Chopped FG Strand, 1/4" and 1/2".

Which one is best for making peanut butter for fillets?

1/4 is easier to mix and use. Some will say 1/2 is stronger. I don't think it matters for fillet use.
