Which Hydraulic steering to go with.

I'm sure there are pros and cons reguarding all hydralic steering systems. I am in need to switch over from a teleflex cable system to hydralic. I need a basic system, no fancy bells and whistles.

Which system is the best? Or better yet, what are things to stay away from in a hydralic steering system?

Sea star, Only becouse if you have an issue, Most marinas have parts in stock.

Yup, the Sea Star/ Bay Star is the way to go, probably 90% of hydraulic steering is made by Morse, they have been doing it for years and are very good systems.

The difference between the 2 is the HP rating, Sea Star is rated for more power.
