Which oil filter?

I'm running a 1999 5.7L Alpha Gen II, serial number 0L364401.

Went to the parts store to get an oil filter and the part number the part guy sold me was 35-866340K01, however, I was just checking the online catalog at mercurypartsexpress and it states that I need 35-866340Q02. The part number of the old filter was 35-802885Q, which is a little bigger in diameter and a little longer than the one I was given at the parts store. So which one should I be using for this motor?

THey are both the same filter. One is the Quicksilver brand (Q02) and the other is Mercruiser brand (K01). Both parts are Merc, just different sales places. The 35-802885Q number is an old number and not used anymore.
