Which part do you order when there are different available?

I am trying to order a power steering hose for a 2007 Mercruiser 496 HO Mag. 0W652707 engine ID. Under the parts diagram item number 16 they list two hoses. Neither matches the part number of the part on the boat which is P/N 9030-06.

Would also like to order the valve for the power steering pump they show the pump but not the valve. When I bought this new pump the valve was not included we had to use the old one. How would someone go about getting just the valve?

The valve is part of the pump, if you ordered 865710T and did not receive the valve send it back. Another option is call the dealer or call Merc

​That's what I thought too. Unfortunately by the time I realized this it is too late. My rep is checking to see if there is anything they will do but it is unlikely.

32-8M0063019 is for 'Seacore' models. If yours is not a Seacore, then 32-8M0063021 is the part you need.

On the parts break down alldodge sent it shows one part on the one I pull up it shows two part 16's. Chris I see you have a diver. I am as well. Thanks for the help.

​I'm on the NY side and a skier also. Whiteface mostly. I've skied Jay Peak a lot and Stowe once years ago. All though we usually do a fall Stowe trip either on the Harley or go and bicycle. We love VT just did a road trip down to the Vermont Country store then over to King Author Flour and back last Sunday.

nasdaqsam - Pull off the hose and look for a place that makes hydraulic hoses - Some auto parts stores make hoses. You save a lot of cash and time instead of looking for an OEM hose.

GA-Boater thanks for thew advise. I have it all apart so am going to try that. There is only one hydraulic hose shop in the area so will find out soon enough if they can make one up.
