which primer

Hello again. After fiberglassing deck i will be primering.im going to west marine in about 3 hours. Which is the right primer to use? I'll also use it after i sand down parts of gelcoat before paimting over the pink stripe.thanks

The instructions for the paint you choose will dictate which primer is required.

I Dont know why you would want Primer for your deck..

I also dont know what kinda of primer WM is going to offer you for those PRICES.

Dont get me wrong Proshine...but After 21 Threads.. its getting kinda a bit much to keep track.

If your wanting to Start another thread for your project .. step by step threading .. no problem. I understand that updating keeps the gears going kinda thing for ya..

I think its counterproductive when other members do not see the whole project in one thread.. I mean.. 21 threads started on the SAME boat ?

As for your primer.. What paint system are you going to use for your stripes ?
