which prop do I need, please help

I need to know what pitch prop will work best with my setup. I have a 24' pontoon boat with a 150 mercury. Right now I have a 19 pitch 2 blade prop and it doesn't perform like I think it should. I don't have a tach yet so I can't tell you what wot is, but it does not sound like it's running at it's peak and speeds are way down. I used to have a 70 horse Mercury with a 13 pitch 3 blade prop on it and I switched to the 150 and I would say right now the 150 performs about like the 70 did. Please help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
