Which spark plug?

I am going to change plugs on my 1980 140 IL6. The manual recommends champion plugs, the plugs that are in the motor now are NGKs. Should I put champions in like the manual recommends or but NGK plugs back in. Or is there a better plug out there. I'm looking for the best plug for the money. Thanks for your input

It's a L76V Champion, use what ever plug is your chose of brand

In my engines I've used both, I've seen no difference between the two. Joe
