Which tachometer?

Now that my Chrysler 35 to 55 conversion is done and is running I want to add a tach. My motor is a '67 with flywheel magneto ignition. I assume I need a tach with only two leads but everything I'm finding online seems to be for much newer motors and have multiple leads or are for 4 strokes. Can anyone point me toward a specific model that will work with my engine.

Re: Which tachometer?

If you're not concerned about having a factory look, try the Tiny Tach. The leads connect to the spark plug wire so you'll get a true reading. Just make sure you call them to order to make sure you get the correct model and wire length for your situation.

I bought a tiny tach a couple years ago to verify rpms when trying to properly size my prop. I'm very happy with this tach.
