Which wire is the ignition switch?

I am looking again at my ignition switch for my intermetiate shut down problems. I understand that the ignition sytem is shut down when this wire is grounded. I want to make sure this wire is not getting accidently grounded somewhere....but I don't know exactly what wire it is. Can someone give me direction?<br />1990 90hp Johnson.<br /><br />Thanks

black wire with yellow stripe. be careful, it will bite you with the engine running
