Magic Eraser worked for me last year. Just make sure you rinse after. Then get 303 aerospace protectant. The only product actually endorsed by the makers of the fabrics. Its like sun cream for vinyl/rubber. You can get it a Canadian Tire.
Also for your carpet you can get Fabric Guard. Only thing Sunbrella recommends for all their materials. They make most of all boat covers and bimini tops out there.

Try e-bay for 303 products. I just bought some. Freight makes it a little pricey, but couldn't find it locally.
