Who can help with value of this boat

Have a smoker craft boat, that was my father's .. He recently passed away and I now have a boat that I need a value on so that I can pay taxes. Problem is, I have no Idea about boats. I called a few people, and no body can help. All I know is the info from the back silver plate that pretty much says it is a 1990. but it has no model name, that I can find. Plate says SMK 70268A. does that ring a bell to anybody that might be able to tell me what it is in model name or in length? I can't seem to find a phone number for the company to call, any body have that? Please and thank you for all the help.

I did find that number on the net and they couldnt help me,,,I asked if I gave the SN would they be able to tell me...is this number just to locate a nearest dealer? thanks

If it was me, I'd tell the tax collectot that it's worth about $100 and see if it flies
