your images didn't come through.

Try stating the year and horsepower. Photo's won't tell us about condition--that is what matters.
As for price, I doubt many others here know the market there.

Looks to be a mid-late 1970's Mercury 402 (40hp)

In the states, in good running condition, with controls, that's maybe a $200 to $250 motor. Probably $125-$150 without controls. As mentioned, we can't know what the market in France is like.

What boat, and what kind of use? Does it include controls?

The wiring on those old Mercury motors is very prone to corrosion. Check the wiring very carefully.
