Who Do You Give Thanks For Today?

I have a long list. My biggest thanks goes out to my good friend, Danny.

I went thru a 2 year battle with cancer a few years ago. My friend Danny, and his wife, took me in and cared for me. He went thru the disease with me. Cleaned up the messes I made while sick. Took off work to carry me to the hospital. Gave me shots. Fed me thru my feeding tube. Saw me dwindle down to almost nothing. We laughed and we cried together. We prayed together. He put his family life on hold to care for me.

Without him I may not be able to enjoy this wonderful life I have today.

I thank you, Danny, and I love you!

Every day above ground is a good day!

I am thankful to my God and Creator who gives me life and sustains me through every situation I have faced and who has blessed me with good health.

I am thankful for the beautiful world God has given us ... for the mountians and valley, the oceans, lakes and rivers which we boat, ski, sail, and fish on.

I am thankful for my wonderful family who gives me so much love and joy.

I am thankful for the USA - what a wonderful country - and for the freedoms we have and for all those who have fought and sacrificed for those freedoms.

I am thankful for such a wonderful circle of friends, including my iboats friends. Thank you iboats for supplying this forum where I have personally met some wonderful people (CN Spots, Bob_VT, Ladyfish, Snapperbait, SBN) and talked with several other.
