Waiting for tax return to buy more safety equipment, eg. Fire extinguisher, new life jacket etc...

Laughing!!!! I am waiting for the 18" of snow to leave the yard followed by mud season before I even consider taking the cover off. May is starting to look closer! I usually have snow in the yard until late May.

The tax return and tax refund certainly won't hurt my boat projects... but I can't say that I'm waiting on them.

My return is allready spent .
Unfortunately , it was not on a boat .
I spent it on my nephews car , since his definition of driving it as little as possible , meant " haul all your bum friends around all over God's green earth at all hours of the day and night " .

At least I have somebody that will be mowing my lawn this summer .

We usually have hit the 100 mark in May. What a difference.

At the beginning of the week I was checking my favorite lakes - all topped up and unthawed- began itching to unwrap despite the 48* temp
Now it's snowing and the lakes froze back up! As for the $$$$ - I got my fed + state already. Plan on taking my boat trailer on a southern vacation trip in a couple of weeks

Thanks for the reminder... I should get going on mine too.
I have to put a roof on my house, replace my Durango, buy a boat trailer and the property taxes are coming up... that's gonna' leave me in debt (quite a bit)... not much I can do about that 'life' stuff!
The tax return will help for sure.
Oh well, I probably won't have to deal with the roof again and our property values have levelled off finally so taxes won't be up again next year (I'm trying to see some good in this).
