Who knows 3.0 120, 135, 140 ratings.

Hi to all. I wondered if any one knows what the diff is between the 3.0 gm 181 ci inboards and how are they rated. There are 120, 135 and 140 hp motors. What are the internal and external changes in these motors.

Ayuh,... The 120hp is a 2.5l, 153cid motor...
The 135hp,+ the 140hp are the Same motor...

There have been a couple different head designs on the 3.0L but the difference is mostly 'decal' tuning.
