Who knows Azure Boats?

It is my understanding that Azure Boats has only been in business for a few years...founded by former Crownline employees/workers/designers (whatever their title was). Does anyone have any experience with their deckboats? Any problems or concerns to be aware of? Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance.http://forums.iboats.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Azure is owned by Benningtion who has been in the business for ever, even though this is their first trip into fiberglass territory. Everything I have read, see and heard about these boats has been nothing but great. They have addressed about every short coming of every other brand out there and done it at a reasonable price.

Although I don't own an Azure, I am contemplating one when I trade my BR for a deck boat. Acording to boattest test results they have one of the most fuel efficient hulls around.

Well don't count on them keeping that crown. Regal just came out with new designs, and they have the step bottom hull. Prior Regal deckboats were a conventional V-bottom.

Yup, looking hard at the Regal 2220. Have a regal 2000 now, nice rig but want something a little more versitile. However those Azure's look to have some sort of step in their hull as well. In fact it seems like a lot of manufacturers are doing that now.
