Well I am somewhat embaresed to even ask but I am truly new to this. I have replaced the all the wire in my 64 Whitehouse I ran the new wire next to the existing then removed the old stuff. except for the spotlight disconected and put a new switch in now I dont have a clue on how to get it back together. I have two wires on the Spartain spotlight and a hot wire and ground comming directly from the fuse box. New switch is labeled Common on one post and ACC on the other.

Again Sorry for the lame question but I truly am new to this elec stuff.

Here goes,

1. attach one wire from the spot light to the ground point on fuse box.

2. attach hot wire from power to acc side of switch.

3. attach other wire from spot light to the common side of the switch.

If switch has a on off tag plate and light goes off when switch placed in off you are done. If not rotate swich around. If cant do that throw tag plate away and remember which way is which.
