Why do i see "3 cylinder bad" on so many evenrudes?

Im trying to learn more and get deeper into repairs on outboards. Im focusing on Evenrude because I feel they are more open and mechanic friendly. Im wondering why so many evenrudes I see for sale have a BAD #3 cylinder?

Probably because that's the cyl that gets gummed up in the carb for not storing it properly and then runs lean. Are you talking about 3 cyl mtrs ??
