Hey Ed .... someone on here posted a link for MFG flags for the boat and I can't remember who it was .... was it you or do you know who it was?

Yea I remember that too, but it wasn't me.....Sometime ago I saw a post from Landscaping wiz 808 ordering one form some place. I also remember going to that website and they, did indeed make one. Never bookmarked it though. I'll look around and see if I can come up with something.

Hey Jon.....

I also looked at the one from Vintageboat. Some reason, I don't think that's the one we are talking about... Notice it doesn't have any grommets. Maybe start a new thread for it and someone would chime in....... Also, I think Woosterken might have a lead on it too!

The sample shown is a pole pocket type but you can get it with brass grommets. You just have to click the drop down menu next to the style. There are also several different colors you can get, not just the red one shown.

Why is it every thing that has to do with boats is soooo dang expensive ! I have been buying acetone at a local boat shop at 13 bucks a gal. Today when I went there it jumped up to 21 bucks a gal like over night ! 16 bucks at H/D . The fillers ,paint , resins . hardware,ect are just ridiculous. You can buy online cheaper but then you have shipping cost that make it the same cost as going into the local shops.Personally I would like to support local businesses but they need to be more competitive .
I guess we are kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place !
