Wierd Problem????

200hp black max 1988 year

This thing runs great in the driveway, has great spark and 120psi on all cylinders. I just went to put it in the water and she wont run worth a darn!! I could barely get it started. I am gonna thrrow some spark pluggs at it and see what happens, but i would appreciate any input or ideas.

no expert here but i would check for loose conections maybe some thing came loose on the trip to the water?

could also be related to the carbs - more specifically the floats getting stuck from the bouncing along the way - has it been awhile since they were re-done ?
