Will 96 Johnson 130 V4 fit where a 99 FORCE 120 was ?

Dear friends, My FORCE 120 was stolen off my 1999 Bayliner - will a 1996 Johnson V4 fit bolt for bolt ? I dont want to drill any new holes .. Any idea would be appreciated !

Yes. That bolt pattern was standardized in the mid 80s for 40 horse and above remote engines.
